Nattress worked in the audiovisual industry for 15 years before joining Shen Milsom & Wilke in 1999. In this era of parity and commoditization of AV/IT products and technologies, the need to be able to differentiate between the array of available products and determine how to apply their features and benefits in complex systems designs is more important than ever. InfoComm's educational programs along with the CTS certification programs are the best means to this end that we as an industry can offer. The dedication to the membership and their continuing growth is the motivation for me to participate over the years in the PETC group and in creating and presenting courses that help individuals and companies to meet their personal goals. All I can say is, time well spent! More.
